About Brayden
Brayden is an Award-Winning Entrepreneur from Melbourne, Australia. He grew up in New South Wales and Queensland in a close family of 5. He has worked exclusively in the healthcare space, where he found his passion in enabling those around him and building close-knit relationships within the community.
Brayden had very little interest in his formal education throughout school, and instead spent his time playing sports and trying business ventures. His first venture involved buying soft drink cans from a local supermarket, selling them for profit to his peers at school at lunchtime. Unfortunately, the very profitable "side hustle" was closed down, but this in no way effected his drive to create his own wealth.
Pursuing a career in sports as a teenager, he developed his skills in baseball, earning him an opportunity to be a part of an american team in Bradenton, Florida, where he lived on campus at the IMG Academy. Unfortunately he suffered a career ending injury, and was forced to return home.
He immediately got to work and worked within the technical service team and then on to the sales team within HLS Healthcare, Australia's leading ceiling hoist and lifting solution specialist. He took care of the community market across the state of Victoria, dealing within the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme), TAC (Transport Accident Commission) and other schemes.
Within 24 months, he proved his ability and skill through increasing the companies sales within that market by 10x. He attributes this to the role itself, as well as the mentorship from Award Winning Entrepreneurs and 8 figure business owners, Nick and Melissa Stehr. His time at HLS Healthcare enabled him to build relationships with numerous Occupational Therapists, Architects, People with a Disability and Industry Experts. To gain an even deeper knowledge and further educate himself within the industry, Brayden completed a Diploma of Access Consultancy, which produced even more understanding of what access and independence is, and how he can serve those with needs of support and access.
After 5+ years of working within the healthcare and community health space, he has helped over 6000 people create a better quality of life by enabling them to become more independent, self-confident and involved in their community.
